Uplift Volunteers

Uplift Northern Beaches is a collective of local women united by compassion and a shared commitment to supporting vulnerable women, children, and youth across Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

Grounded in lived experience and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by those in crisis, we exist to fill the gaps, offering practical relief, emotional care, and pathways to empowerment. Whether it’s a care package for a young person in distress, groceries for a struggling family, or a safe space for women rebuilding their lives, we respond with dignity, discretion, and heart.

Our work is delivered through a range of community-focused initiatives, shaped by local voices and powered by trusted partnerships with organisations including Biala Hostel, The Burdekin Association, Women & Children First, Autism Swim, and local primary schools. Together, we ensure our support is timely, respectful, and tailored to real needs.

As a volunteer-led charity, we believe in meeting people where they are, and walking beside them toward where they want to be. Because when we uplift one life, we uplift many.

We are always looking for passionate women to join us, lend a hand, and help uplift lives in our community.
